Terms of Use
In short: you may use our apps on your Apple devices for personal use. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be managed any time in your Apple Account settings.
1. Licence
When you download a BIR app, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or rent the app.
2. Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. A one-time purchase unlocks the stated features permanently for the Apple Account used to buy it, and can be restored on your other devices with Restore Purchases.
3. Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for your plan.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Your content
Anything you create, scan, record or import in our apps belongs to you. Our apps process this content on your device and we do not claim any rights over it. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you bring into an app.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the app's security or normal operation.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep our apps running and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and an app may be discontinued; where reasonable we will give notice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Our apps are provided "as is". They are tools, not professional advice — do not rely on any app for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Third-party services
Some features connect to services we do not control (for example a smart-home device on your network or a translation engine). Those services have their own terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
